Two friends came to the rescue of a dolphin in distress on the Waccamaw River in Conway, South Carolina.
Elvis Black and Brian Crosby were preparing for a fishing tournament when they stumbled on the creature more than 30 miles from its natural saltwater habitat. The animal wasn't moving, and its head was stuck in the mud on the riverbank. However, realizing it was still alive, the fishermen immediately began trying to set it free.
